BBC radio: the BBC is a public service broadcaster that operates several national stations, each stations have a distinct identity and has a target audience, the BBC is funded by licences,

Community radio: often not for profit, they cover small radios,

Public service radios are funded by their licences to have access to the website/channel., and do not rely on outside advertisement. whereas commercial radio channels are funded by the advertisements played on the radio channel, aiming for profit, relying on outside advertisement.

Two benefits of DAB radio is it is easy to access, and better quality.
